Kitchen Remodel

Our kitchen is ugly. Observe the original 1988 cabinets and yellowy formica countertops. I promise they look worse in real life. Also, that pink tile with the abnormally large grout lines are an improvement to the old lady yello linoleum hiding beneath it. At the beginning of the summer we decided to go a little bit crazy and dive head first into this kitchen project by replacing the cabinets and countertops. As we speak, those 1988 countertops and cabinets are sitting in our backyard. Here's to hoping that our new kitchen is ready in three weeks and we love the results! P.s. the pink tile will stay until Blaine has time to rip it out and replace it. We also want to replace the flourescent light fixture when money permits. P.P.S. our air conditioning is broken. Feel sorry for me.
